Default Dihatsu Midget Remodelled with GT86 Panels

The Toyota Engineering Society (TEST) have taken have taken a dihatsu midget , stripped it down to its shell and rebuilt it to look like a GT86 live on stage whilst fans cheered on.

A series of custom made parts were put on and the final result is somewhat amazing given the stupidly short time frame the engineers had to assemble the car.

At first glance I thought it was one of those Micromachine cars that i played with as a kid.. But whilst it looks somewhat wrong, you have to applaud the engineers for getting their act together and making this Dihatsu resemble a Toyota.

Either way it is a feat that should be recognised and credit given.
