Y don't u just run with the top of a standard dash. Just the very top bit without all the other cabbage underneath it.
Jake that would be ok , but i still have all the body loom in the car and looks shitty with wires hanging out everywhere. Also ive read on some posts that at drift meets they expect you to have a dash

I actually had it like that but found it to be too flimsy
Oh true. Fair enough then lol. Should be hard to make a dash up

took it for a drive and it did the same thing again! im over this shit!
im free all weekend if you wanna come look at it be my guess 0431 088 912 .
If not then i need a TRUSTED workshop to look at it or ill part it.
Spent months on this one problem and im over it completely now
Hi Jon,
I consulted my mate and without actually looking at the car he suggested the following:
Get rid of the thermo fan and refit the engine fan. The original fan is something like 16'' and spins at engine rpm, the thermo is 10'' and spins at a constant speed probably around 1800-2400 max.
All I can suggest is to give his advice a go. Hang in there man.
engine fan was only removed because it distroyed my water pump while doing 70kmph!
that started this whole mess fans on fwd pumps = fail.
I dont think its over heating as most people thing at 80degress it fill up the over flow bottle
does anyone know of a decent workshop? im not hanging it anymore i will give it a month if not fix its going up for part/sale
i have replaced everything and it still fails, had 4 different people look at it and they dont get it.
What temp does it get to? 80 degrees Celcius isn't very hot. I would think that a 4age would get up to nearly 90+ before its getting hot.
