    Depends on condition mostly....

As Matt said, condition dictates the $$

A real clean 1 with what the mods you mention could be as high as $15000 but it would have to be mint.

I guess you need to decide on how much you want to spend then add $3000 just incase something goes wrong after you buy it.

Pics and a history of the car would help us to help you.

In the end its your money but a average car with what you suggest it has will sell between $7000-$9000

Also, how neats the turbo setup? If it's just a slap together build it will show, and obviously worth less.

condition is pretty good cant see much evidence of rust. i would probably say it was the good side of average

turbo is a factory subaru item. setup looks neat enough but nothing super clean or tidy. just an honest looking bit of gear

the number I had in my head would be around 7-8K

I would go over any old corolla with a magnet ( don't drag it across the paint just hover over it.because people hate it when you scratch the car there trying to sell lol ) in the usual spots now after sanding back my 86 that I thought was pretty mint at the time and finding good bog jobs that lasted years before I found them
