    Default Oil cooler Problem.

Hey guys. Having a problem with my oil cooler/ relocation kit. When I put it on it sounded like I had a big end bearing knock at around 2500rpm. Should I be Bleeding the system? The motor is a stock 16V bigport with a ebay oil cooler kit. And please dont say its the kit that problem cause I already know that. haha. Any help appreciated!

    Cheers Luke!

Also fix the oil gauge, it is so incredibly important, I can't understand why cars don't run them.

Make sure you have added enough extra oil to account for the oil lines and cooler, anywhere between 500mL - 1L.

Ebay oil coolers are good. As long as all the fittings are ok and they seal up (and you don't care for a thermostat), then they're rad.

Is your oil pressure sensor on the relocator by any chance?

Nah it's not. I've bought a new oil pressure gauge. It should be arriving today. I might try and refit everything and double check all the lines are around the right way.
