Yeah it'll definitely be worth it just gotta power through lol! I didnt drop the mounts, simply used the ca ones. I thought the ca would be higher too but doesnt seem to be that way... my other wheels are 15x9 -10 and sit about the same as these which are 15x10 0 offset. No need for flares just yet, maybe if I put an f series diff in it (which im still looking for)

My radiator support had been cut to make it removable for the 1G conversion, so its not exactly standard around that area and that may well help...

Which also suggests a lack of rigidity

I wouldn't worry too much, considering you can bend the radiator support by pushing on it it's not exactly stiff to begin with.

ok so got some more done this arvo, can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel now lol. first up here is how the s13 rad sat and how high the motor is

as u can see, it could fit but with alot of fucking around and cutting etc so instead i fitted my ae86 but slightly more towards the passenger side to clear that intake pipe on the throttle body. I made up some brackets for the bottom and used different holes on top for the stock brackets. not ideal but it just might work

dont mind the oily mess down there, thats due another issue i had with my oil cooler fitting on the block that has now been fixed (more fucking around lol)

now just gotta run a hose from one oulet to the other and done with radiator (hopefully)

    all thats left now
is fit the bonnet (haha yeah right),
clean up the wiring some more,
remove the exhaust and do some more smashing koz its fouling in a couple of places,
    get it tuned
    and do skids!

yeah from that last set of photos it does look like you engine is tilted back a bit more than mine, that may be because you have only bashed the firewall/tunnel whereas I cut and shut mine... If you said you had already cut all the ribbing out I would be surprised if it didn't fit...

Happy to announce that this is now running, gotta love it when theres only 10hrs work to share between 5 mechanics and finish before lunch! coolant is now bled, oil leaks fixed, exhaust fitted and not hitting anywhere, battery getting charge, fans and guages work! only need to redo the intake pipping and fit the bonnet somehow! so tempted to take it for a spin, specially in this weather lol!

Don't think you'll be needing 'this' weather... Your car in the dry should be like most hachis in the wet
