    Default Josh's 4AGTE KE70

    Hey all,

I thought I'd make a build thread for my track hack which I've been abusing for the past year. I picked it up with most of the main work already done - fairly bulletproof driveline, 4AGTE, W57 & Hilux diff. I've slowly been adding, tweaking & fixing bits to try and make it more reliable cause I can't get enough of driving this thing, it is so damn fun

I'm hoping to get a few things done before the next season starts, I've just had a full weld in cage done by Tasmanian Engineering which looks ideal and I'm about to ditch the standard fuel tank for a 20L fuel cell.

Hopefully after dialing all that in I can start to make it look a bit more presentable, I'll probably try and convert it to a flat front and then hand it off to a mate to tidy up the body a bit and give it a fresh coat of some sort. If I have some money aside after that I'll try and pick up a couple of sets of Rota RKRs cause I'm sick of ruining my daily's XR4s.

There are a few videos of the car in action and a few other mates rigs on my youtube page

I managed to finish getting the fuel cell setup in and dialed just in time for some drift demos at powercruise. The car ran ideal and I managed to get a couple of runs in on the Saturday. Can't believe how much the weld in cage has changed the car, feels a lot more planted!

Here is a few pictures of the fuel cell setup, cage and powercruise stuff. Enjoy!

Next on the to do list is to swap the front end over to a flat front and give it a fresh lick of paint!
