Oh really, then how should of they handle the build of this car?

For what they intended to achieve Toyota and Subaru hit the nail on the head so to speak. Well atleast 98% right.

Low COG, Low fuel usage (considering the tight laws these days), low weight and low price. I doubt it could of been built any other way.

For the money you wont find a better starting platform.

Each to their own i guess.

I personally see the ZN6 in time will be bigger and better then the AE86 & S13's ever were.

i hate the fa20 engine, BUT if it had this Toms engine the car would be over $50,000 making it a dream for most

as it is, it is accessible and will be around for years!

not only would it make it to expensive, the warranty claims would be huge, imagine all the punters leaving the dealerships in a cloud of tyre smoke with 400hp under the right foot!

Dunno, I quite like the FA20... I would prefer an inline four (for maintenance and durability concerns) but I find the power delivery not completely different to my memories of my silvertop 20V...

I don't know if I have ever driven a car and thought "Man, I wish this car had LESS power", so no matter how much power the 86 came with people would always complain that they wanted more.

Now that I have had a chance to drive my ZN6 around a bit I don't know that I really want to change much (although I would like it to sound more like the project gryphon car when I am on the taps)

It isn't overly difficult to spot someone who has been abusing the car... I quick inspection of the flywheel / pressure plate will tell you this.

Holden / Ford with their SS commodores xr6 turbo's etc. haven't had too many issues.
