ae86 sunroof rare or not?

hey guys iv got a ae86 with a factory electric sunroof and i was talking to a mate the other day and he reckons there rare with a sunroof.
i was wondering how much truth there is to that, or was it just a option they came out with.

not really rare, it was a factory option.
not the most desirable thing either considering they rust quite a bit, loose some structural integrity and add weight. still nice to have though

2/5 of my ae86 had factory sunroof that still worked.. they are not that rare, kind of wish they were cause they are shit and rusty by now lol

I would use the word 'uncommon' rather than rare. Then again I used 'rare' in the last for sale ad

You can get fibreglass replacement panels for the sun roof but like Leo said its a pain in the arse
