so i finally bought my first Ae 86 last year after having wanted one for over 10 years.. got it through a friend of a friend up here in brisbane knowing it had alot of work to be done to it to restore her and get her looking all shiny and new looking however there was just stuff in it that i could not pass up

so this is what i got

Adm Ae86 w/

Bigport 4age 16v
new taillights
new kouki white line (i think) cluster
efi tank



then at her new home



that was back in September 2012

so found some pretty bad rust and a nice dint under all that bog that was on it



then some more in usual spots



so set about fixing and welding steel in some patches were simple others were a little less and took some time




whilst all this was happening i ended up scoring some parts that i couldnt pass up one of which was this

it also came with a w55 box that was already adapted to it and short shifted
so i ended up selling the 16v and adm gear box

I'll be keeping an eye on here, looks like it's going to end up being a decent build.

What's your plans for it? Suspension and wheels?

suspension i was originally looking at the greddy kit but after looking at the shockwork ones for sale on here they were seeming enticing
as for wheels i have them already i got them with the 20v and gearbox dont know what they are called but i like them they just need some tlc / blinging this is them

thanks the rain has been shunting the progress as has been work but we shall hopefully have some done in the next few weeks

Paid 6000 for it with all the stuff I listed at the start
