What do you want to do? Build a clean street car or track only car. If you want a clean one there are a couple of better shells for sale atm. If youre gonna track it just fix up any structual rust and f*** the rest. Bog it up. Paint through in driveline then when you kill it on the track you not gonna have wasted all that time/money fixing rust. If you do kill it easier to just reshell
MOPAR or no car!
Anything can be fixed pending time / money....

that doesn't look terrible to me as all of these places are readily weldable. Some shells look better but you don't know what they are hiding.

well i wanted to build it as a clean track car but i also wanted to get it on club reg if i could. my old man said he can help and he has the tools but his just so busy with work and his hobbies that i dont see it getting touched this year if he does it so i would rather pay to get it repared. does anyone have a estimate cost on repairing the rust on know anyone who is capable of repairing the rust
I can and I am in Endeavour Hills. I don't mind doing a bit of a cut and replace.

Rust is pretty average but repairable.
As for the for cost of the repair, I estimate it will cost $4550.25 (inc gst) thats for a quick grind and bog with a lick of paint.

i wasnt expecting that price to be honest but i guess i will do my homework and work out what path i want to go down before i start throwing money into the shell.
that price is for it to be done professionally, you could do it for a much smaller amount pending on how much you do yourself. I wouldn't charge much for the repairs.
