There are manufacturers of ADR approved seats. Velo and autotecnica, monza to name a few. Bride certainly isn't on the list though.
an engineer will test out stuff and then pass or fail it on his discretion, so i dont think it matters if the seat complies or not.
why carbon? i know its stiffer then FRP. in terms of weight i have a FRP fixed back bride that weighs less then the seat rail

The seat definately needs to comply to the ADR's.
The engineer cant test the seat, only a DOTARS testing facility can, and then a tested item cant be used in a vehicle.
I think some of the newer Bride seats are ADR approved. Either way, seats are one of those things which are hard to do fully legit. Most engineers dont know what they need to meet, and most manufacturers are full of crap.
cool thanks for clarifying

when it comes to seats, don't mess around with non approved things unless you know they pass in a reputable country... To be brutally honest , last thing you want is in a serious accident is the seat not offering you any form of protection.

Yeah I get ya there
The brides are just too sexy to pass on. And the carbon fivre was just for looks/weight.
Idk I gueed ill have to sewrch for an engineer to see if he deams it safe. But there so stubborn.
The autobarn bride copies are ADR approved and not bad to sit in!
Gorgi,
You obviously haven't called everyone on the list because I am on it and you havn't spoke to me yet.
Fixed back is ok with a 2 seater but the seat must be ADR compliant.
