Default Ke70 Not starting and not making sense!

Basically my keto isn't kicking over, dizzy is in the correct position, points have been set roughly, sparks cleaned, it has fuel, fuels going in the barrel.
It was starting over the last few weeks (isn't rego'd at the moment) the starter motor is kicking over but after about a minute or two of trying to get it to fire it just clicks once then thats it everytime I turn the key.
also a lot of times it has started in the past it makes a loud bubbling noise when it's first trying to start like it's misfiring but then once its running it''s all fine ( if that helps at all)
    HELP

as in the second barrel of the carby? I've tried carby cleaner in both barrels as well as pulling the choke fully out a few times

it's started now, i pulled every lead off the dizzy even to the coil and just cleaned them all with some rough then fine grid sandpaper even though the cap is pretty much new and has only been use for 2km of driving she started better than ever now first time everytime so I'm not complaining
