    1983 ae71 corolla

    Location Griffith NSW

    Hi Every one I'm putting my car up for sale with a blown motor, I would like to sell it whole but am also open to parting it out if I get enough interest.

    Rego till nov 16

    Exterior:
    *Flares fitted to rear
    *Chrome bars front and rear.
    *Body is painted in cat yellow.
    *The body isn't very straight but would be worth fixing as it is engineered for the suspension,brakes, 15x7's and 4agze, efi and fmic.

    Interior:
    *New carpet.
    *Cobra Monaco fixed back seat.
    *Bride recliner passenger seat.
    *Random wheel with 50mm hub extension.
    *Battery relocated to boot and fuse box to inside car.

    Gauges:
    GLOWSHIFT fuel pressure
    GLOWSHIFT Oil Pressure
    GLOWSHIFT Oil temp
    GLOWSHIFT Water temp
    Autometer Narrow Band AFR
    Calibre Boost Gauge



    Engine:

    The Engine was Running really well on 10psi(t25) and 12psi(t28 copy), but I installed a 14pound spring in the actuator which was holding correct boost in 1-3rd gears but spiking in 4th. this spiking in 4th caused the engine to run lean and melt the pistons in 2 and 3 has damaged the bores as well.
    As the motor was already freshly rebuilt with 0.50o/s pistons the block is a throw away item.

    The head is still in good nick though and would get away with a skim.
    The head only has about 5000km's on it since its rebuild where it had a multi angle valve job and the valves de shrouded as well.
    The rods have arp Rod bolts installed At the same time
    It got a new oil pump , water pump and arp head studs as well.
    Essentially to get the car running again all it needs is a seal kit, head skim, new metal head gasket, new pistons and block.

    Engine components :
    T3 Alloy pulley
    rwd plenum with tvis delete plate running the 4agze tb.
    Fmic inter-cooler with vee port 2 Bov mounted on it.
    KLS power spirit t28 knock off on cast manifold , dump pipe with screamer to 2.5inch exhaust with only a single resonator.
    Alloy radiator.
    Fwd Cooling system converted for rwd Use and turbo coolant line tee'd in with JIC fittings
    oil filter relocation kit.
    Brand new 15row oil cooler core never fitted
    Can Also come with a spare tomei m7960(needs waste gate flap fixed), external gate and t25 spare for the right price.

    Drive train

    Exedy Button Clutch
    t series diff with 1.5way cusco lsd with tail shaft
    T50 in decent condition

    Fuel System
    Under Car Surge Tank with Bosch 070 pump set up with -6 braided line all the way to fuel rail.
    365cc 4agze injectors.
    Removed cold start injector from fuel rail and tapped 1/8npt for pressure sender.



    Suspension

    XT130 corona struts
    Short end with t3 coil over kit and gt4 excel g inserts
    Nrcas
    lengthened lca's
    T3 camber tops with swivel hats
    T3 steering arms with rose joint tie rods
    Nolothane Bushes through out the whole car(except rear 4link)
    Rear Whiteline sway bar
    Hilux brake calipers with with bigger master cyclinder and arm1 pads
    Whiteline panhard rod
    25mm hubcentric spacers on the rear
    6kg front spring rate
    4.5kg rear ajps springs
    Sports Ryder short stroke shocks

    Wheels
    15x8 rota rb's with federal 595rsr on the front worn rear tires with a spare pair of 50% maxxis maz-1 to go on.

    Price:$5000.00 for firm for the lot, If not I might just part it out.
    Will also do a cheaper package for some one that wants to install a N/A motor package minus turbo etc

    The guy that did all the machine work on the motor in the first Place thinks that the block is salvageable with a hone, 2 new pistons and a full set of rings.
    So After I finish Moving house I may just rebuild it and sell it as a runner but I'll leave this thread open any way if some one wants to buy it non running.
    I am also Open to swaps for a turbo s13 or something else of interest.

    Just standard ae92 4agze afm dli model computer ran perfect with the t25 and t28 copy but if you want to run more then 12 psi I would definitely look at going standalone aftermarket.

    BUMP: will be pulling the motor out mid this week to tear it down and check bearings ,crank etc I have no reason to believe there was any damage done, but I'm going to check any way. I will begin to look at stripping this mid may so if your looking for any parts just register interest via pm
