    Default Headlight setup.

    Hey people's,

Anybody know of any good light setups around. I bought cheap shitty eBay ones thinking they would be better then standard but it it's isn't really. Doesn't have to be HID or anything flash just want something practical and good for night driving.

    Cheers

Ae92 chrome inserts apparently work well. But apart from hid inserts I don't think there is much else you can do apart from running some spot lights. You could try some of the better bulbs like narva plus 80 etc. Remember the less you can see the faster it feels like your driving lol

I run some Phillips 80 plus bulbs in JDM headlight lenses. Lights are great!

would that increase the output or something?

Yeah, when I did mine it doubled the brightness of them I reckon. Fairly common mod in older cars. Instead if running constant power to the lights and earthing them back up through the switch, you put a realy on the circuit so the switch just activates the relay, and wire the lights to the relay like you would normally use a relay. I ran 2 for on mine for low beam and 1 for high beams.

have a google around, there's heaps of how to's all over the net
