What do you mean fix a cap to it? It has the thread for the cap it just doesn't have that bell shaped piece under it so you need to make a grommet so the filler doesnt have a gap round it.
Mine didnt have a thread it has the funnel and then at the top of the funnel it its flared out a little about 10mm from top thats it not thread

did you guys use an intank pump? if so, what did you use?
Yeah gonna try that first. Has baffles so should be fine. I am using a walbro pump that can handle e85 dont remember exactly what it was now have it some where ill try and find it but got it from the guys at JDM yard
