Lol, shell is ok not great but perfect for a race car. Shell is already entirely seam welded i have already began unpicking all of unused brackets etc... Basically lightening the shell without effecting to much strength. As i want to run as minimal cage as possible to keep car weight down. I have some high expectations for this car. Which im sure will be evident when you all see the parts list. This is by no means a no budget build, its more of a selection of good quality parts that ive taken several years of planning and collecting.

    Parts list to date,

    Bilstein triple adjustable shocks
    PI data logger dash
    Brembo brakes
    Comp Brake pedal box
    FA 4AGE
    Getrag dog leg gearbox
    Tilton clutch and flywheel
    F series diff
    MSD timing control cdi
    55mm webers
    Titanium exhaust
    T45 roll cage on order

Wheels not sure yet. But maybe simmons again but wider than before
    In the build AE86 v2.0

    Hiroshima Screamer
    Super Lap Special

ok so 4ag needs to flow to ensure good power, as small port is well as i believe to small the big port was to be the base for the project, so i will now introduce you to, the monster bigport. Initial rough porting shows the general idea to get large amount of air into small space with high port velocity well as high as possible. As it is a race only engine i don't care to much for bottom end power as i plan on it spending most of its above 5000, the test port is nearly completed minus some light blending (pic of this not here yet) Initial flow figures looking very promising. The 250hp mark is looking fairly achivable
