    Default Proper N2

Ok so i got a new hatch shell, well a new old one. And i missed the N2 old replica so much i want another one but a far more superior version. Engine is sourced, naturally a 4AGE, this time a 16v version. The engine i have has a very easy to distiguish cam cover so there is no doubting its origin. A stronger close ratio gearbox has been picked as well as a set of 5.4 diffgears. I have a fair bit work to do but its going to be worth it

Does that imply a Formula Atlantic spec 4AGE?

Sorry for crappy link pic but I'm sure this name is familiar to some engine is currently pulled down as I had to get a new block due to Atlantic cars cutting the rear ears off the block so its no big deal. Everything is getting a check over. Had to get a new crank and valves so getting new springs as well just to play it safe

Very nice, when was the engine built?

What livery are you going to have for the build, same old TRD one like the one you built or something else

Anyway, look forward to seeing more pics.

From what i can gather the engine is from an older SWIFT FA chassis not 100% sure of its age. I stumbled across it by accident really the person i bought it off was not interested in the engine, his words were it came as.part of a deal for a race car he'd purchased and had been sitting under a bench for a few years. So we did some back and forth emailing and did a deal. the engine had no intake manifold or exhaust. Drysump pump needs some loving so i sourced a suitable replacement. But all in all i got a good deal.

Im going to do something that i think will shock some people. I.kinda want to keel some of the nostalgia to the car and keep it the way TRD intended. I am going to use carburretors and dizzy with a CDI ignition. Keep it simple and effective. The 48mm side draught delorto's.the original N2 cars were fitted with seem to restrictive according to head flow bench so i have sourced a pair of 55mm webers. I think these will complement this special little 4A. Headers will obviously be custom as before mated to a 3".titanium exhaust i made for the old car but never used. Im posting up a list of things i need in the parts wanted section so please any help would be appreciated
