Hi guys & gals,

I have recently taken over a factory from a mate and am storing cars for friends, family and myself to help pay the rent.

I have approximately 6 car spots left and 3 lockable offices worth of storage space.

I have already got Matt's blessing to post this, as this is not a business, just wanting to help out the community and pay the rent at the same time.

The factory is located in the eastern suburbs and will have people in it 4 days a week.

If anyone is interested I am charging $100 a month (4 weeks) for each car spot and $150 for each of the offices.
