So is any one else keen to jump in on buying there tyres for matsuri? Have spoken to my tire supplier and he is trying to organise discounted prices for matsuri entrants.
What brand/size tyre and what price have you been quoted a price yet?
Most probably going to be federal formoza fd1's, depending on how they wear. Going to test them soon.
if any one has any desired tyre choice this can be discussed. Prices atm are at $70ea before we sort out bulk purchase.
sizes will be 185/55/15 and 195/50/15
If anyone can get cheaper prices im all ears.
Ok so I tested the federal formoza fd1's last night.
they were great, perfect amount of grip, wear even with no delam or chunking issues, and seem to be lasting pretty well. Done around 20 odd laps and used around half tread.
will get a final price on them on monday so pm me if your keen.
Those going to WTAC be sure to drop in and say hi. We have a stand
