The draft so far is.. ( Open to suggestions / improvements - Group shot is definately something i want to do)

Friday

5:00pm - 10:00pm - Setup Tents etc
7:00pm - Dinner

*** IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING LATE, please sleep in the car at the top of the hill or jump in the communal tent ***

Details of this will be sent with a "checklist" to your email addresses in April.

Saturday

7:30am - Breakfast
8:30am - Drivers Brief
9:00am - 3:00pm ( Practice)
12:00 - Lunch
3:00pm - 5:00pm ( Biggest entry comp) - $20 entry winner takes all
7:00pm - Dinner

Sunday

7:30am Breakfast
9:00am - 10:00am (Static photos I'll ask if we can do this after 5:00pm on Day 1)
12:00 - Lunch
10:00 - 5:00pm ( Practice)

Stopping for lunch may occur depending on the number of Marshalls / volunteers.

Photos will be available on a usb key after the event, plus a tshirt too. I'll handle that separately to the registrations.

How long does the event take to sell out? just tossing up to pay my rego on my 4wd or entry to DFZ3 this week. damn qld matsuri put a fair old dint in my wallet so trying to catch up hehe.
