I reckon that radio looks mint mate, don't forget that its down the bottom, as it is will look great!

If I ever end up with another street ae86 then I will be stealing that idea without hesitation.

Yeah, I guess you're right. If it's still annoying me once it's in and I'm driving it, It's not much effort to pull out.

Unplanned - I ended up prepping all the dash stuff for paint. It had been painted black by the previous (Or previous-previous) owner but it was starting to flake in a few placed and wasn't all even. So I'm repainting it. Then everything will match.

Also picked up my cams from Clive Cams.
Very happy. Even cleaned up my HKS one for me. So now I have a pair of 264 8.1mm cams that should do a nice job.

Saw the engine builder today! Sounds like it's all good.
Will be bored oversize 1mm with new pistons. ARP rod bolts, can use stock rods and crank thankfully. He'll lighten my stock flywheel and match it to the engine. Washed, balanced, assembled etc. Looking at about $800 in labour plus parts. Pretty happy with that.

Haha yeah, still need that head though!

I'll have a bunch to do still - uni is back as well. Last semester before I graduate so I'm putting in a little more effort for my thesis haha. Car will just trickle along, don't get too worried

close - Dupli-Color Vinyl and Fabric Coating in flat black. It's more a satin/close to stock black.
