    Cool SR20 AE86 (4000000KW)

hey guys, my names James and im from sydney. im 19 and have been drifting for 3 years now. heres my first toyota build.
As my build's near completion i thought i may put up a little sumthin sumthin' of whats going on.. the whole car has been built on dirt on my front lawn lol.

NA Autech SR20 in my 86..

    Body:
fairly straight and rust in the usual spots. but for me its a good starting point.
    genuine vertex kit
    bolted on wing
    many different wheels
stitch welded engine bay and interior.

and today i ordered my front and rear wide body (30mm) to support my new wheels that are also on the way.. (15x9-0 all round)
still undecided on what colour i want to paint it..

    Engine and drive line:
    NA Autech SR20 with ITB's
    RB30 box
R31 diff with twin VS callipers
    Microtech LT10s ecu

    suspension:
    Front -
    ae86 cross member
    ae86 castor arms
    AW11 tie rods
    s13 tie rod ends
    s13 knuckles
    s13 coilovers
    s13 turbo brakes

    Rear -
    coilovers
    adjustable panhard

    Interior:
    all sound deadening removed
    painted white
    two bride reps

Dont know what else to say besides some one should sponsor the build so its finished before november matsuri haha

look forward to talking, hanging and doing skids with you guys.

i will also be putting photos up shortly

I couldn't wait to get to work. But being unemployed at the time. There wasn't much I could do with the little money I had.

Got my shit together and got a job purely for the car.

I started on the removal of the sound sound deadening. Going with a chisel and hammer. It was a slow, shit progress

I started on the engine bay where some mates gave me a hand. Tore the car down to nothing but a shell. And a grinder and wire wheel were ourbest friends.

Building a car on dirt with limited equipment is hard and I do no recommend it. Shit falls. Click image for larger version.

I got a direct bolt in kit of the guy that runs the Facebook page "ke conversions"

Great kit, easy to work with and had no dramas. Highly recommend it.

Got the motor in in minutes and sat in a good position. Click image for larger version.

And with my 30mm wide body it should sit fairly nicely.

Still can't decide what colour to paint the bloody thing

If the car wasn't going to be on the street I would be going purple with a glitter through it, hell crazy styled.

But it will be street driven so going to have to go under the radar a little bit.
