Default Wat LSD goes into a F series Tarago diff?

What LSD's can you use and is there any modifications that need to be done for them to fit?
Part numbers and cars they come in would be awesome.
    Cheers

I was going to tell you to go search because its been covered plenty of times before, but unfortunately the search function on this site will not search "lsd" as its too short a term.

It has been covered over and over but your options are:
    MA61
    IS200

Those two cars came with factory LSD's, some 4WD hilux's may have came with LSD's in the front diff (which is usually an F-series).

There is a huge list of other places which make aftermarket units including:
    TRD
    Truetrac
    KAAZ

Get out there on the internet and search, there are all sorts of different types of LSD's in 1 way, 1.5 way & 2 way variations as F-series diffs are in so many different types of Toyotas.

And as far as I am aware they are interchangeable between any other F-series setup.

Agreed. I guess it's okay if you only take it to the gay long black strip

Otherwise yeah, bit ghey. Clutch lsd wins

I knew there were a few to choose from but I wasnt to sure which std LSD's fit directly in. I thought I read somewhere that with the IS200 LSD it needed a shim or something machined up to space the centre...not really to sure.
So if it's from an F it will fit into an F with no dramas?

theres some funny bisness between the SXE10 and an 80's F serise but japlish sorted it but grinding down the half shafts to fit in better.

MA61 LSD's are shiet! very weak and most are rooted, you need to get them rebuilt... dont last long behind 1jz's but i guess behind a NA 4a youll be fine... but if you got a stock 4a i wouldnt see the point of getting an F serise.

who know's, my supra had one before i got it (we swaped rear ends cuz he wanted to keep it) and it wasnt too bad on the street but it wouldnt be good for sliding at all.
