Default Long time enthusiast, first time buyer.. probably!

    G'day Sprinter people,

Awesome forum you have built here, its a testimony and credit to the cult following of the AE86 that such a place exists on the interwebs!

I've owned a couple of enthusiast cars in the past, mostly back when I had no money or responsibilities! Now in a desperate bid to relive my youth and re-ignite my passion for Japanese performance cars I'm looking for something NA, RWD and a bit different.... hence I'm seriously looking into a Sprinter!

looking forward to trawling the forums to build up some knowledge before handing over a fist full of cash for one!

    cheers

    Paul

Welcome mate, I recently went through your situation and my 86 is on the boat as I type from home base.

I looked at local and importing. Local had some good examples but nothing with exactly what I was after.
Import wise there are a few decent people who will find what you are after for the budget.

Good luck and do a bit of research, read the tech sections and get a feel for what good and bad you are willing to accept.

    Cheers
