    Default soo close to registration...

Huge thanks to JUST JDM IMPORTS .com.au for hard to find parts, (antenna looks perfect) .
Still undecided about the stickers.... i like the dash one (its red) undecided about the jaf one on the windscreen though?
The car was actually purchased around 5 years ago, 2 years ago I got the shell back painted so its been slow...
Does anyone remember where this wire goes (I think I'm pointing where I goes but should I earth it to the body instead? easly done?) meh.
thanks drift kid...its meant to look nice its even got sound deadening and an shit...if anyone needs some upholstery work done near Byron bay, I can get you the phone no. of the guy who did mine ...it was brown.
He added solid foam to the drivers seat to make it solid and comfortable and built up the sides so it holds you very centered.

Nice job on the car looks very smart, do you have any before pic's ?? they did a very nice job of welding in a new spare wheel well ..

That earth wire you have in the pic should go to the body as it looks like the other end goes to a bell housing bolt or starter motor bolt, you need to complete the earth path from body to motor & that's just one of the earth path's ...

    Smile older photos

ok thanks. that earthwire is the one from the bell housing and now goes to the body, i have half an identical wire cut before I got it, I'm assuming it should be earthing from the starter motor bolt to the body too?....
unfortunately I didn't get any photos of the car before disassembly but the boot was full of fire wood the paint was all faded on the roof and bonnet, the seats had holes and so on. the guy who did all the paint an panel work is really good he said every person who came to his shop inspected it and commented on how good it looked.

No need to run another earth wire next to the other one, so long as its tight & cleanly mounted the one on the Bell housing is sufficient there as the earth path for the starter motor ..

well I drove the sprinter up to the garage to get an exhaust fitted as my old one was damaged.. with an angle grinder and rust. I don't have any plates yet and the 4ac sounds pretty loud with a short pipe and no mufflers. its pretty funny when people look at your car then look all around to see If anyone else has noticed it
then I put a proper exhaust system on and it no longer sounds awesome but it is quiet.
