well i have started work on this thing stripped most of the engine bay and took the rhf headlight panel off.
After alot of years straightening cars on a globaljig ive used the idea on this chassis pull. THe globaljig holds the chassis on points as you straightne sections out i have addopted this idea by welding the rear pull point just after the last section of damaged rail.
I am planning to replace the inner section of the rail and repair the flat outer piece of the rail. as always we will see how it turns out after some hydraulics.
if all goes to plan i will repair the skirt section and replace the rhf headlight panel and top lock panel.

ill see if i can video it pulling it out straight, but yes most of it will pull out like butter, compared to modern vehicles these chassis rails are weak as piss and are only mild steel so you can heat and tidy up with a hammer no probs. ive repaired alot worse!

Should really put a new rail/skirt/radiator support in it though, that rail is pretty messed up
