    Very cool build thread and thank you for sharing. I've seen too many sprinters in much better condition than this was be parted out and crushed.

    Anything from about 1990 onwards doesn't prime the fuel system anymore. When the start signal STA wire gets input / 12v fed to the pin it also runs the pump.

    Cheers for ALL THE SUPPORT GUYS and usefull information!
    so i recieved my jdm rad overflow bottle bracket from toyota but am still waiting for the bottle from amayama.
    Jesse streeter has posted my jdm windscreen washer bottle.
    Ialso got insurance with shannons for a great agreed value!
    Now i am facing a great problem There is NO AERIALS AVAILABLE FROM TOYOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So wtf do i do about that???
    I am going to put some adm rims on this week and see how it drives!

    I found an origional adm spare tyre with the original dunlop conventional tyre from new that still holds air!!!!

    I have an aerial mate, its not brand new or anything and its not a powered one or anything special. But it still extends with a bit of convincing and its better than 99% of 86s have these days.




    Just because I like this build its yours for the cost of postage if your interested.

    replaced the diff today, much quieter than the old one great success.
    also bled all the air from the brakes and put some stock front springs in.
    i rana nice bead of urethane on the top of the window so no dirt and water can settle around the top of the windscreen
