    Hey guys

as the thread says, i want to know what shit jobs you've had in your working life

what was your job title and what did u have to do??

i created this because while im on uni hols ive been doing casual labouring through an agency. I was employed as a landscape labourer, turf laying, gardening, etc, which is quite good. but over chrissy and new year break landscaping gets fairly slow. as a result i have been working in a tip, standing next to a conveyor belt taking paper and plastic and shit out of the compost so it doesnt get shredded up

its only for a week and next week i should be back turf laying but it fucking sucks and it makes me interested in what other shit jobs people have had, for short and/or long periods of time

    post away

    thanks guys

In the same situation as you. Working through a labour hire company. Cleaned up chicken leftovers at a plant and moved the lite n easy microwave meal trays from a conveyor belt to a machine that put the lids on. That was fucked. About 4 years ago now, and i've had a bad shoulder ever since.

I did some landscaping work too, but it was in a all girls school. Plus i had to sort out there laundry one day haha.

Worked at a gourmet pizza place.

    Was pretty good, except delivering.
Cash in hand, and free pizza afterwards.

That was my only other job before I got my current job 4 years ago.

I work for my parents in a pizza restaurant and everyone tends to stay from when they join at 16yo till they finish uni at like 20, other pizza places must suck to work at.

Cleaning, by far. Being lent over to clean desks for ~3 hours does your back no good at all.
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?
