Its fine
Hey, just wanted to see if anyone gets fuel leaking out of their stock ke70/ae86 fuel filler with a reasonably full tank and cornering hard/drifting?
Im asking this as when I converted my ke70 to 4age my old man thought it would be good to retrofit a vn commy filler as I originally planned on getting the car engineered, but now that plan has gone out the window and im starting to do a bit of drifting, im thinking about going back to a ke70 filler
Thanks in advance
Never had an issue on track with that mate.
Mine seems to have a good fitment and is quite tight on there with nothing ever having come out under load turning left
Thanks, keep the feedback coming guys!
My only other option i can think of appart from going back to the standard filler, is to put some kind of one way flap in?
But dunno what car i would be able to get one from and whether the flap section would be seperate from the filler neck and if it would be the right size etc. Pretty sure the vn filler neck i used didnt already have a flap...
So yeah already just leaning towards going stock again, no real reason for me to keep the vn one now....

Go back to stock with good cap.
when you say filler, do you mean the pipe as well, i think from memory the stock pipe has a baffle...but i am getting old so my memory can't be trusted...
Yeah pipe as well
