The interior is pretty nice. Did you source the material and/or do it yourself?
Looks like there are a few Porsche touches with the seat style and the pull straps.

    Cool car overall.

I really like that look! Might have to try something like that in the future. My grill is very faded, I think if I give it a tinted clear treatment to make it more smokey it should come up really cool. I'll update this when I do it.

it may just be me but does the grill look out of place a little? with everything so new and shiny the foggy yellow look of the grill just doesn't seem to go too well with it.

If you cut a zenki grill to fit the fog lights I think it would finish it nicely. just like this http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/fo...ut-out-to-suit

my 2c so feel free to tell me I'm wrong

Thanks mate. It was originally done by SS Trimming but they did a shocking job (didn't even lay the sound deadening I paid for) so my brother and myself fixed it. The pull straps were just a spur of the moment thing that ended up looking great so I kept it.

    Update:

Got a hold of WATANABE type r's and I'm really liking the look of the car now. 14x8.5 -13 offset.

Had an issue with the 18RG. Blew a head gasket, went to replace with a vrs kit and whoever last opened the head up had used a non tensile washer on one of the head studs. It ended up causing some damage to the head and now it needs a minor rebuild.

I figured that parts take a while to find for 18RGs so I found a 20v Silvertop ready to go. Included t50 box, tailshaft, box crossmember and some other goodies.

Then it got a tidy up. First time painting - I tried to keep the engine style basic and utilise what Toyota already provided.

    Majorforce!

New clutch, flywheel and box got in today. Ordered an Adaptronic ECU from Anthony at Kaizen which should hopefully be here soon and I can start putting everything in.

Still debating if the bay should get some TLC while everything is out but I'm really stinging to drive this thing!
