Default 20V blacktop oil catch can setup question

    Hi guys,

What's the best way to setup an oil catch can setup for a 20V blacktop with open velocity stack?

Is it best to retain the PCV valve or not?

This is for a race car, so preventing knock and reducing crank drag (from pressurizing the crank) would be the priority.

    Keep pcv.
I used to connect the top cover breather and my dipstick tube to the catch can. They pop dipsticks up when you're right into them, and being a race car if you roll it on the tarmac you dont want to be responsible for an oil down and your dipstick tube could let a fair amount out if your on your side especially. Cams requires a 2 litre catch can. I use a surge tank on its side.
