Exclamation AE86 panhard bar bracket torn

ive had my 1985 toyota corolla for over a year now and finally got the time to fix tiny rust holes, and took of my tires off to find that the previous owner torn the panhard bar bracket. Now i dont know if it could be welded back and if it would be strong enough to withstand the car going sideways.

ive seen people make braces, like this.

or you could over engineer the panhard mount.
you need to make a new one anyway.
