clutch line near ext wastegate

hey guys i moved my clutch line on my 4agte ae71 to make room for the dump pipe, all was good heaps of clearance but now i am going external gate. my question is, how close can my clutch line be to the top of the wastegate(spring end)? mine is pretty close but i dont know how hot the end of the wastegate will get, its only the spring end so i didnt think it would get as hot as say the exhaust or scream side of it.

if its anything like a exhaust manifold will probably get pretty hot , if thats the case I would get a braided line made up for it

you coudl just get a longer clutch line and bend it round, or wrap your wastegwate in heat wrap. or wrap your line in heat wrap.

i assume you have an adm t50 with the exhaust on same side as the clutch.

if your keen you can get a jap box with the clutch slave on the other side.

i wouldnt really bother about it though it wont get *that* hot. my clutch line is uber close to my extractors and never had a problem.

yeh it is a longer braided clutch line, i made it before i decided on going external gate.
