General Questions About a 16v Engine Swap/ Conversion

Hi, i recently found an ae86 shell in my local area and was interested in investing to rebuild it but i know little to nothing about cars. I would like to put a 16v 4age engine in it from a newer corolla and just had a few questions about the instillation process.
1.Is it like the swap of a v20 which needs its own custom parts?;
2.Or does it simply slide in with few to no extra parts?
3.Do i use the transmission of the new corolla that i took the engine out of or do i use the an ae transmission?
4.What is the general cost of a swap?
I know i have missed a lot of what it takes to convert and any info that you could provide would be really helpful.
