What model haltech are you running, i know the sprint 500's can't control the idle stepper motor properly.
If you give haltech a call, they'll support you on the phone, every ecu sold comes with support.
Hi all trying to adjust the setting for a st 20v using an old haltech (BAC)
Anyone have anyone know the frequency? Or settings?

It’s an older e8. Last time I sent them an email they pretty much said that it’s a prehistoric ecu and they don’t make parts etc anymore. Don’t think they’ll be much help.
The guy who had the setup wasn’t running it. So I’ve added it to the build.
Is the 20V ISCV like the ZE? Three pin, with 12V in the middle and an "open" wire and a "close" wire?
If so then I have a diagram for a circuit that will convert a single PWM wire into two signals for the "open" and "close" wire. I may even be able to dig out the parameters I used to control the ZE idle.
Yeah that’s correct. Low 12v and high. I’ve wired it in with 2 pwr and a 12v. It’s just the frequency and settings I’d be really greatful for
Just dug out some old maps (from Wolf 3D V4). Not really sure it'll help. The frequency I have set to 150. But I think that may not be in a useful unit, but just a value between 0 and 255. In any case, you can just try varying the frequency until the buzzing isn't annoying, and the valve still works as desired.
None of the other parameters I have seem to match what the Haltech requires. So not much more help from me I'm afraid. However, looking at the parameters it shouldn't be too hard to get it up and running. Ignore the post-start and aircon initially. And just play with the others one at a time til you understand how they work and can get a good combination. Also remember that you have a "dumb" air bypass screw I assume too, which lets you set the base idle, then the ISCV adjusts from this start point.
