hey bro if you are talking about the mkIIIs they are -12
anyone ran them specs ? do they scrub against strut/coilover?
hey bro if you are talking about the mkIIIs they are -12
im running 13x8 +3 with a 3mm slip on spacer at the front, so technically 0 offset. Im running 215/50/13 tyres dont have any scrubbing issues, compared to 185/60/14 tyres the 215/50/13 are 30mm less overall rolling diameter, so thats 15mm closer to the top of the spring perch with the 185/60/14's. Saying that i wouldnt know if they clear standard struts as im running coilovers, though i wouldnt see any problems if fitting 14x8 0 offset as its not a HARDCORE sort of size wheel.

I think 14" x 8" +0 offset would rub on the strut. 14" x 7" +0 should fit. And 14" x 8" +12mm offset would fit, but you would be fully expecting to cut the gaurds and use flares. I havn't actually tried this, sorry.
That doesnt make sense ! if you say 14x8 0 offset wont fit as it will scrub on the strut. then 14x8 + 12 would definately hit the strut !

yeah, im not quite sure, had 7.5 -5's on just before these wheels not sure how close they were but if these wheels are 0 im guessing they will be touching
Have you got standard struts or coilovers ? its a big difference in fitment

well coilovers but obviously cut up and made from an ae86 strut, so only thing is slight clearance with smaller spring and no bottom perch for it, actually from memory my old wheels were fouling against coilover spindles... well the tyres were touching it a little on one side
i have Ra60 struts converted to coilovers, i have about 12mm clearance from the inner edge of the wheel to the strut. I would assume that because they are 14" not 13" you would have the same clearance from the stut but not from the coilover spring perch, I would say if i wound my springs down so they sit flush with the tyre i would have less then 2mm clearance from the tyre, but as im assuming your gonna run 185/60/14 stretched over them. then you should have loads of clearance... maybe 5 mm. But all depends on how low you wind down your springs !!!! Goodluck, and if your need some slip on spacers let me know.

so you're not talking about the mkIIIs?
