sweet... looking forward...
Well guys im back!
as some of you may remeber i sold my old project sometime ago because i was gettng engaged and buying a house, well i've done both and now im free to work on cars again (cash pending of course) but in any case i got a shell, ideas, a shed full of spares (3 4ages at last count lol) time and a place to work on it.
so its begun~!
I picked it up yesterday from stylz a pretty decent base for what i paid. Yes it needs work but its no different from my last rolling shell. So i've had it one day and already i've gotten:
- bonnet
- Hatch glass
- front parker lights
- petrol tank (the old one har a small tear)
next few items im working towards will be suspension and brakes.
Hopefully another update next week
cheers

UPDATE:
Well they say the early bird gets the worm well i woke up early today and got my engine and im pleastently suprised a full 4age + carby mainifold, and the guy chucked in the engine stand it was on for an extra $20 pretty sweet.
I was told by the owner that it was in a early KE model that did track racing it was on carbs so im thinking maybe there are some good cams under the covers, he said he cant remebr what work was done to it but he said the head was recoed about 18 - 24months ago - what i want to know is how can you check the cams ie, there duration etc.. just at home.
Also just scored myself another ae86 bonnet and hatch woo!

it's gonna be a slow but worth while build up cos i'm also in the process of my project. i started from ground up and so far the body is almost ready for paint while gathering the parts needed as well.
