XT130 Strut Inserts

Im curently rebuilding my XT130 Struts, Ive noticed alot of people use Celica ST185 inserts, is that just for a coilover conversion or are they a good short stroke insert for struts?

Shocks are shocks regardless of whether you are making coilovers or running normal springs. The only issue to arise is shock length vs strut length, but spacers can fix this.

Also anything which fits an AE86 strut also suits XT130.
