Technically not, the fourth last pic is the front chassis rail. It's got about the same amount of rust as mine except the boot and front rail are worse, all fixable just needs lots of TLC. Pitty the boot panel is completely different to KE70/AE71, would be sweet if that was an easy item to find. I'm semi interested in buying this for some bizzare reason but the interstate barrier sucks.

Well techincally its not a chassis rail, its a front cross member (or on ae86 its a lower radiator support). To me it looks like surface rust (which my gold 86 has on it too - pretty common). All you would need to do is rub it back to bare metal and paint it providing its not any worse then that in the pics. If you're really pedantic, cut one off a another E7 or order 57161-12903 for a new one .
