It's pretty haggerd ATM, cracked and chipped and shit.

If Im spending $1K - $2K painting it, I want it to be worth it.

Didnt have kouki OEM. I had Zenki, and the rest of the car had a kit. I like it... apart from the fact a land cruiser would be lower than it ATM.

Be a lot better when it's sacked and rocking better fitment.

the only way to make any "kit" look nice, is make sure the flat sections ie uber front mount gapage and oil cooler holes, need to sit smooth and flat, otherwise paint the inside of the bumper black, although sounds strange it is actually effective, OR cut that section out all together

I know it needs a bit of work, but for the price i paid for it (ie. free) im not really fussed ATM.

Going to try and get hold of Savanna during the week, see if I can hook up an origin kit.

Well car is on it's way to boostworx to finish off the tune.... fingers crossed.

Should have a power/torque figure tomorrow arvo, and hopefully I can post up the dyno sheet.

Then begins the mad rush to get it ready for the SA dawn cruise on the 6th and the Pitlane Performance private day on the 14th.

    Need to
    get brakelights/parkers/pass. side indicator working,
Pay for and install new LCA's,
    buy and install traction brackets,
    get the car aligned,
mount my 15 x 8's and 10's and flare guards to suit,
    mount bonnet pins,
    install harness,
Rewire water temp/oil temp/pressure gauges properly
and a few other little odds and ends...

got this weekend off so i have a couple of days to go through it all.

And my wheels rocked up today, awaiting tyres.

    Pics/dyno sheet tomorrow sometime.

You mean DDW... Distance Does wonders....LOL

Sweet car man, and I like the sound of you plans for it too.
    Don't go CDY's though, cos I am

Oh yeh, I wouldn't get into the habit of strapping you car like that cos you'll wear the paint away fast.
Just use the 4 tie down points or looping through the wheels works really well I've found. Just make sure you use the right load capacity straps. Eg. 4 x 500kg straps or 2 x 1000kg straps will be more than enough.
