    yeah seen that recently.. engine is 7ag.. 1750cc, BT 20V head and 80hp NOS kit.. just shows what its all about man! insane engine

    7ag setup aye ? dave and i were talking about that kinda setup just then, didnt seem like such a good idea as the components of the 7afe didnt look too reliable and the where just too much things to mod but now seeing as though you've mention that it is a 7age, thats pretty serious shit man lol. just wanted to know if anyone on here has done that sort of setup and whats involved. and also if anyone knows where abouts i can find the specs of this almighty hachi please post it up cheers.

    fair few people have done it
    wide s13 has a 7age for sale, i think it's already sold though, then another fella had a st head on one aswell ,they put the 4age components inside the 7afe block. someone tell me if i'm wrong

    Don'tthey use different conrods and crank to accomodate for the deeper bore?

    Yeah mate
    difference between 4a & 7a is the longer stroke crank & longer rods taller block too same bore size as 4A.
    You can probably get forged rods aftermarket now for the 7A motor, it's not that hard to
    build a seriuos motor out of a 7A block.

    Another little detail with Yoshioka's car and engine.

    Every drift meet/event he brings at least 2 spare engines.

    Bit of an indication of it's reliability eh?
