yeah this is good shit, i use it all the time at work

Hey guys, i've recently had trouble with diff chatter in my LSD and i just thought i'd share how i fixed it.
After fitting my diff with TRD 2-way to my car i replaced the oil with the Toyota LSD diff oil,
after a while it began to chatter under light throttle around corners,
Don't know what it sounds like??
diff chatter sounds like the axles are trying to ratchet themselves as you turn a corner, it can be pretty nasty
The fix?
i drained a little bit of oil out of the diff and added 'Limited Slip Axle Lubricant Additive'
its a GM additive used for Holden LSD's.
After a few laps around the block the chatter became significantly quieter,
If you're having similar issues, give it a crack.
Part# 1052358
(remember its a GM part!! most Holden Dealers should stock it)
yeah this is good shit, i use it all the time at work

personally i havent used it much before,
but it definitely worked a treat on my diff.
i might have to acquire a few bottles if i ever want to change my diff oil in the future,
is this stuff the same as anti friction agent
Ford have a similar product, but there may be a cheaper and easier option, just go to a carpark somewhere and do some reverse figure eights, this helps circulate some fresh oil through your clutch plates and stops them glazing up(similar to when the bores glaze up in your engine). I hope this helps.
sweet i might have to try this.......the old kaaz chatters a little.

Uncle chop chop says, chatter means shes tight. Just accelerate a touch harder so it locks up and spins the inside wheel.
Or you can replace your Toyota oil with Penrite Limslip 85w-140 oil that will fix the chatter completely does it for me anyway
me personally.. i like the sound of locker chatter lol
