i'll give you a headstart if you like.
since i've owned both types.
suspension: you can use the complete setup from a ae86 into either
ae71 or ke70.
ae86 front springs/shocks dont fit factory ke70/ae71 struts without modification.
ae86 front brakes are bigger than ke70/ae71 although ae71 wagon brakes i've heard are the same as ADM ae86's.
JDM ae86 brakes are slightly bigger and are vented.
ae71 and ae86 crossmembers are EXACTLY the same, but can be put straight into
a ke70 with no problems.
ae71,ke70 have the same diff (yuk) ae86 has a s series (stronger but still yuk) they both have the same external mounts so can be swaped over.
ae71,ae86 gearbox's are the same, JDM ae86 bellhousings have the clutch slave cylinder on the drivers side.
that should get you started for now.
