    Default Shocks for coilovers

Im looking at doing a strut converted coilover set up with 7kg springs in my TE72. At the moment it has cut king springs and KYB excel g shocks.
I was wondering what people can suggest shock wise for the new set up or just use the existing shocks?

Get something with adjustment. That way hopefully they can be made stiff enough to match your springs. Standard replacement shocks won't be quite stiff enough to match the 7kg/mm springs, but maybe borderline acceptable. Best to buy shorter shocks also.

kyb agx st185 only way to go.

ive used trd blue, yellow, and tokico hts.

agx are win. cheaper (especially now) than all the japan brands, same quality, plenty stiff, and the bit extra stroke compared to the jap inserts means you get a bit more useful range of adjustment, and you dont need to space the insert at all, just chop your struts down to suit the agx.
