4a-c fuel pump (ae71)

Lame question........but is an 86 fuel pump the same as 71?

My bro just went to bursons to buy one for his ae71 engine,and they told him they didnt have one and ae86 wont fit?

Do i need to go there myself(decked out in DC gear)to educate this wanker?

Or is he rite.....are they diff?

The bloke at bursons was arguing it wasn't the same.....We had the old pump with us,and he was looking at the picture saying "nah its different,go to smart parts"

They will be the same. I remember I ordered an AE71 4AC fuel pump for my AE86, can't remember part no though sorry.

they are a 4AC mech pump. non specific to body type. dont believe everything your told...

yeah,nah i knew it would be the same...........just the dick at bursons tryed to say it was dif because the pic looked dif to the actual part!
