Diff help needed 1.5way

hey all just got a 1.5 way diff from Irish Paul and I got it home where I when to test it and correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there supposed to be give in the diff like if I hold 1 axle won't the other axle turn but be a little tight this diff has no give is this just a tight diff or a locked center any help on shedding some light on this would be great

MAN UP and put some force behind it. Get broome handles or something across the studs/wheel for leverage.

true true see how she goes in the car but i am for sure changing the oil in it so would any1 on here have good experiences with a good oil for it? its TRD 1.5way suggestions?

there shouldn't be any give from hand force...

i have a nismo 1.5 in my r33 and when one wheel is off the ground you can not turn it.

diff holds 300rwkw all day every day
