Making a logo

Hey dudes, I know there are some clever fuckers on here, so I thought I might pick some brains.

I need a logo made, I am somewhat artistic, but need to get a sketch digitalized, if you know what I mean, and probably need whoever to tidy it up into something worthy of being a logo.

Anyone able to do such a thing, with out it cost me an arm and a leg?
