hey guys im aware that this question has been raised before but is there any way of telling apart between a jdm zenki and kouki without opening the diff to check how big the axles are. Like is there a part no. or something on the outside? are the disc brakes different? etc Need to know asap

cheers

i had to open the diff up, pull out an axle and try the axle with a zenki and kouki centre. ended up finding out that my t series was zenki shortly after purchasing a brand new kouki 2way. gotta love the 1.3mm of difference ey?

p.s. i dont think there is an easier way...

Other than popping out an axle and counting splines/width, the kouki axle also has wider bearings (or that might be T-series in general).
The brake rotors are pretty much the same but the calipers are slightly different.
