take the wheel off and what not

take the bearing cover off with a screw driver.
undo the locking pin and take off the nut.
then remove the hub and disk together
then from there there is a few bolts (4 i think) that hold the disk to the hub.
Remove them and you might have to tap the disk off with a hammer.

they are now off. obviously reverse to put it back together. make sure the hub nut isnt to tight.

try hitting it side to side with the hammer to get one side to lift. then u can get the screw driver in

or use some multi grips and just move them around as much as u can.

they are a bastard to get of and dont look the prettiest after but aslong as the ring that holds it in place stays in shape its all good

try using a rubber mallet and hitting it on the outer edge away from the wheel.
Its a bit hard to explain but like swing the mallet so its moving away from the wheel and glances of the outer edge of the cap, sort of pulling it away from the wheel.
I drew a paint drawing but now the fecking website won't let me attach pics again!

its just like taking the lid off a paint tin. and like using a chizzle at the same time..

u wont hurt anything if u give it a bash.

when taking the rotor off the hub, u may need to put the hub in a vice because those bolts are usually pretty tight

Just bash the shit out of it :)

i usually find it effective to keep a sledge hammer or something big and destructive near where im working on the car. then if it starts acting up i get the hammer and show it to the car and say you'll get it if your not careful and then i try again and it usually works then :P
