well tie rod ends, but you can jsut hit the side of the arm with a hammer and they normally just pop out

never had any luck getting them off with a hammer so I used one of those 2 arm crank pulley pullers... works a treat..

Undo split pin through tie-rod nut.
Wind off tie-rod nut so it is higher than thread.
Use hammer to hit side of steering arm where tie-rod goes through. (Fairly hard)
Tie-rod should pop out easy enough. If not, give small tap on top of the tie-rod nut (higher than thread so not to damage it)
Easy done.

i back the nut off about so theres 1 thread inbetween the nut and arm. then i pump the jack up under the arm to give it abit of stability. then hit it as hard as i can. if this doent work the first hit use a puller if you still want the tierod. as you will squash the thread rendering it useless
this is if you can get from the side
and remember never swing a hammer anywere near threads. always put a nut on
